Database Tables required for GO Publisher Workflow Operation
GO Publisher Workflow requires the following control tables which are used for all publishing jobs.
Control tables are created automatically by the product upon its first start-up. These tables will be created in the GPWorkflow database schema. This database is specified by the 'WorkflowDS' JNDI connection defined in the application servers configuration.
These control tables are required for all publishing jobs and should not be manually edited or deleted. You should not normally need to create or modify these tables as they are managed by the application. The exception to this is if you uninstall GO Publisher Workflow, in which case you may want to drop these tables, or if this is required as part of a GO Publisher Workflow software upgrade, in which case instructions to do so will be issued on the version release note.
If any of these tables already exist in the target schema of the database then they will not be overwritten/altered.
